Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy:

  1. Return or Replacement Criteria:

    • Return or replacement is only permitted in the event of receiving the wrong product or a defective product. We do not accept returns or replacements for reasons such as dissatisfaction with color, size, or product preferences.
  2. Procedure for Return/Replacement:

    • To initiate a return or replacement request, you must send an unboxing video to our WhatsApp number +917016931942. The unboxing video is necessary for processing return or replacement requests.
  3. Damaged Product:

    • If you receive a damaged product, please apply for a replacement within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
  4. Packaging Instructions:

    • Kindly ensure that the product(s) are properly packed to prevent damage during transit. The product(s) must be in unused condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.
  5. Refund Process:

    • For Prepaid Orders: Refunds for prepaid orders are processed within 7-10 working days after receiving and quality checking your return. The refunded amount will be credited to the respective payment mode used for the purchase.
    • For COD Orders: Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are also processed within 7-10 working days after receiving and quality checking your return. The refunded amount will be reflected in your selected mode of payment.
  6. Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellation of orders is only possible before the order has been shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
