Procedure for Return/Replacement:
- To initiate a return or replacement request, you must send an unboxing video to our WhatsApp number +917016931942. The unboxing video is necessary for processing return or replacement requests.

Damaged Product:
- If you receive a damaged product, please apply for a replacement within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

Packaging Instructions:
- Kindly ensure that the product(s) are properly packed to prevent damage during transit. The product(s) must be in unused condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.

Refund Process:
- For Prepaid Orders: Refunds for prepaid orders are processed within 7-10 working days after receiving and quality checking your return. The refunded amount will be credited to the respective payment mode used for the purchase.
- For COD Orders: Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are also processed within 7-10 working days after receiving and quality checking your return. The refunded amount will be reflected in your selected mode of payment.
